试论当前高校青年学生民主意识发展的现状及其对策

On the Current Situation of the Development of University Students’ Democratic Consciousness and the Ways to Deal With It

实现充分的社会主义民主是以中国共产党为核心的全体中国人民的共同愿望，也是一项伟大的社会实践工程。毫无疑问，高校应该是实践社会主义民主的“大课堂”。高校怎样引导青年学生树立正确的民主意识，怎样引导青年学生正确处理民主与法制，民主与自由等方面的矛盾关系，怎样引导青年学生正确地行使民主权利等等，是当今高校政治思想工作的一项重要任务。

To realize full socialist democracy is not only the common desire of the whole Chinese nation with the CPC,but also a great social practice project.Undoubtedly,colleges and universities should be the “Big Class”to carry out this project.It is one of the most important tasks in the political and ideological work in colleges and universities, how to guide young stndents to acquire right democratic consciousness,to handle the contradictory relationship between democracy and legality,and between democracy and freedom,and to exercise democratic rights correctly,etc.
