创新教育是素质教育的核心内容，开发基础教育的创新机遇，培养学生创新能力，必须从构建立体的知识结构，培养创新素质的教师队伍入手，营造创新环境，培养创新思维，最终造就全民族的创新性格和创新行为。

It’s the key of quality education to bring forth new educational ideas. In order to create the chance to bring new ideas in the elementary education and train student’s ability to bring forth new ideas,we must set up 3- dimensional knowledge structure and train the teachers with creativity which need to create the circumstance which can bring new ideas and train the mind with creativity,and finally train the whole nation with creative character and action with new educational ideas.
