摘要
解决图书管理人员素质较低的矛盾主要靠自身,方法是采用“保健—激励”双因素理论,内在激励与外在激励并用,促使图书管理人员在工作中自我提高。
To enhance the qualities of the librarians mainly depends on themselves.It can be solved by means of Hygiene-Motivation Two-Factor Theory.Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation are adopted to encourage librarians to enhance the qualities on their own during the daily work.
