邓小平行政改革思想起端于革命战争时期 ,发展于改革开放前期 ,集中形成于改革开放后期。邓小平行政改革思想具有坚持实事求是、贯彻群众路线、健全行政法制、改革行政体制等丰富的科学内涵。具有鲜明的民主性、深刻的求实性、广泛的建设性等特征。揭示了近半个多世纪的政治和行政变革的历史进程与发展图景 。
In combination with the history and reality of our revolution and construction,this article reviews the historical development of Deng Xiaoping thought on the Reform of Administration,inquires into its scientific intention,summarizes its overall features and elaborates its strategic significance,in order to promote the study of the combination of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Theory of Reform of Administration,It has certain practical guiding significance to the reform of administration in the new century.
