教师的心理健康水平不仅会对学生的心理产生影响 ,还直接影响到教育教学的效果。在现代社会里 ,教师的心理健康受到的影响主要表现在 :由于现实利益与职业理想的矛盾引起的心理不平衡、多重角色导致的心理冲突。维护教师的健康心理须从优化教育环境、教师自身进行完美人格塑造和接受培训做起。

For the sake of the educational psychology,the level of the teachers' mental health can influence the students' mentality as well as affect the efficiency of education and teaching directly.In today's society,the negative results from the affections of the teachers' mental health are:mental imbalance fron the contradiction of life benefits and career ideal,mental conflicts from their multifunctional roles.In order to maintain teachers' mental health,there must be a necessity beginning from optimizing the educational environment,molding self perfection of teachers' personality and accepting professional training continually.
