知识劳动是富于创新的脑力劳动.围绕人们认识自然、改造自然而进行的认识劳动,因其最终将能与人们的物质生产劳动相结合或相融合而称之为生产性知识劳动,生产性知识劳动创造价值,种种知识产品就是它所创造价值的载体.生产性知识劳动是复杂度高的劳动,知识劳动中集聚了更多、更高级的脑力支出,这样的支出即创新的知识在与物质生产劳动的结合与融合中,能提升后者的复杂度、增强其创造价值的能力.所以,生产性知识劳动比之一般物质生产劳动能创造出高量的价值.
