摘要
本文提出了用蠕变内应力σ_0判断HK-40转化炉管蠕变损伤程度和残余寿命的新方法。对已运行了七万小时的HK-40炉管的研究表明,用该方法所得蠕变损伤评定结果与用常规试验方法所得的结果相一致,但对以第二相粒子(M_(23)C_6)为强化相的HK-40炉管,σ_0的大小具有明确的物理意义,表征材料强化相的强化作用。本文还应用σ_0的外推法预测了HK-40炉管的残余寿命,从而为高温部件残余寿命的预测提供了一种新方法。
A new method of evaluating damage and predicting residual life of reformer furnace tube (HK-40) by means of creep internal stress σ_0 has been presented in the paper. The study on the reformer furnace tube (HK-40) after 70000 hours operating at elevated temperature showed that the results of damage evaluation obtained by creep internal stress σ_0 are concordant with those by Conventional tests. Furthermore, in the case of HK-40 tube strengthed by second-phase particle (M_(23)C_6), creep internal stress σ_0 has specific physical significance, which represents the degree of the alloy strengthed by the second phase. On the basis of the damage evaluation, creep internal stress σ_0 has also been applied to predicting residual life of reformer furnace tube (HK-40). As compared with the observed results, the predicted ones are reasonably good.
