组装式钢缆加强玻璃钢立式贮罐的设计与分析

摘要 本文扼要介绍了这种贮罐的结构特点,并提出了其主要零部件的工程设计公式,为统一这类贮罐的设计理论和今后制订该类贮罐的规范提供了依据。 Unlike the traditional horizontal tank, the fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) tank dear with in this paper is vertically positioned and fabricated with preforming parts on work site. Furthermore, the cylindrical shell is reinforced by a spirally wound cable.With reference to theories of composite material and numerical analysis, the authors set up specific models for its eonieai top cover, cylindrical shell and flat bottom based on elastic foundation. The corresponding design formulas are then derived for these parts.The deformation results measured by strain gauge method show good agreement with that calculated from those design formulas presented in this paper.
