政策与时空——兼论江泽民“三个代表”的重要思想

Policy and Time Space -On Jiang Zhemin's Significant Thought Typified by "Three Representatives

时间和空间是政策运动的存在形式。总政策、基本政策和具体政策都具有自己的时空边界、时空周期和时空效力。在一定时空能产生积极作用的政策,在另一时空会产生消极作用。因此,政策必须与时俱进,随空变化。建议应以深刻地揭示了政策时空运动规律的“三个代表”思想为指导,创立具有中国特色的时空政策学。

Space and time are policy in a form of motion. General principle and basic as well as concrete policies all have their own the boundary of time space, cycle of time space and efficiency of time space. Within a certain space time, positive effect will take place while negative effect will occur within another time space. As a result, policies are required to go along with time and vary with changes. It is suggested that study of time-space policies with Chinese characteristics be established with profound revelation in the motion law of policy time and space typified by 'three representatives' to set up a study of time-space policy with Chinese characteristics.
