本文结合有关电子商务的国内、国际立法及示范交换协议,着重探讨了电子合同订立中的一些具体问题,如合同订立中的意思表示、要约的撤销与撤回、承诺生效的时间与地点等,并对我国新《合同法》中的相关条文予以了剖析。

The author in the present essay, in accordance with domestic and international legislature about electronic business and relevant exemplary agreements of exchange, studies as a focus some concrete matters stipulated in electronic contract , such as: signification of contract conclusion, withdraw and cancellation of agreements, date and place for commitment to take effect and also analyses relevant clauses in our new Contract Law.
