山西大院文化旅游开发热中的冷思考

Cool Thinking on the Development Hot of Compound Culture for Tourism in Shanxi

山西省凭借其优越的人文旅游资源条件大力发展旅游业，目前山西大院文化名声在外，但同时也开始了白热化的竞争。在大院文化开发中，虽然存在文化资源丰富、地方政府发展旅游的积极性高、大院开发成本较低等优越条件，但是各院布展雷同、对外宣传特色不明显、对整体形势把握不准，也使大院开发存在许多较大的风险。建议对大院开发宏观调控，有选择性地开发，同时准确定位，突出特色，不应一窝峰地盲目上马，而可以关闭一些大院。

Relying on its favorable conditions of humane resources for tourism,Shanxi Province is now famous for its compound culture while keen competition among its compounds begins.In the compound culture development,there are some advantageous conditions such as rich cultural resources,high enthusiasm of local governments,and low cost;nevertheless,the compound development also takes great risks because the arrangements are duplicate in every compound;specialities in each compound are not conspicuous seen from media;policy makers can not see through the whole situation.The writer of this paper suggest that the compound development be adjusted macro analytically by means of accurate location and highlighting the specialities:compound projects should not start blindly like a swarm of bees;some poorly managed compounds should be closed.
