论流域区与行政区的关系协调

On the Relation and Its Coordination between Valley Area and Administrative Area

流域区和行政区是两种性质完全不同的区域，但都有组织和管理国民经济的部分功能，与区域经济发展有着密切的联系，两类区域之间关系处理的不适当，导致了区域开发管理中的诸多矛盾和问题，文章最后提出 了流域区和行政区关系优化协调的对策和措施。

Valley area and administrative area are two kinds of area with different characteristics,but they both have the functions of organizing and governing nationaleconomy ,and have close relations with regional economic development .The unsuitable management ofthe relation between the two kinds ofarea resulted in many problems in regional development and management .Then the paper puts forward the countermeasures ofoptimizing the relation.
