摘要
针对采煤机同步助牵液压绞车工作的特点 ,分析和讨论了系统中的低压溢流阀的静特性 ,从而提出了一种直动式低压溢流阀的新结构 (即动态压力补偿的方法 ) ,其目的是改善溢流压力随流量变化的特性 ,满足了通过流量在大范围变化时 ,减小溢流阀溢流压力的变化比率。
According with the characteristic of shearer synchronous auxiliary traction hydraulic winch,discusses and analyses the low-pressure spillway valve of the hydraulic system,presents a improved new structure to the direct-acting spillway valve(the method of dynamic pressure compensation).It's goal is to improve the characteristic of spillway pressure changing with flow,and to meet the need,that is to decreases the setting pressure deviation when flow changes in low-pressure range.
