摘要
本文介绍了尿素合成塔环缝深坡口焊接中应用预热焊丝埋弧焊技术的工艺要点、焊接工艺评定结果及实际应用情况。该技术很适合于类似尿素合成塔的厚壁高压容器深坡口焊接,有质量好、效率高、耗电少、省焊剂等显著优点。
The paper introduces the application of preheat-wire SAW in circumferential deep joint of urea reactor and describes main procedure of this technique, results of welding procedure qualification and pratical application. This technique has following advantages.excellent quality,high efficiency, energysaving, flux-saving etc.
