摘要 本文通过16MnR钢埋弧自动焊焊接接头,针对焊接熔合区及焊缝金属进行了控制应变幅条件下的低周疲劳试验研究。获得该焊接接头有关低周疲劳特性参数,将这些参数应用于压力容器低周疲劳寿命曲线的分析,建立了低周疲劳S_a—N_f曲线方程,并与Langer计算曲线及美国ASME规范疲劳设计曲线进行了比较。 In this paper, the submerged-arc welding joint of 16MnR steel were investigated through smooth cylindrical bar and hour-glass type specimens. The low-cycle fatigue characteristics of welding fusion zone and weld metal on the joint were obtained by strain-controlled fatigue test and used to pressure vessel fatigue design curve. A lowcycle fatigue S_a-N_f curve equation was developed in this paper. Farthermore,the fatigue design curve was compared with the Langer's method and design curve of ASME Code.
