摘要
应用沉淀法制备的钛酸锌脱硫剂,对不同工艺条件下脱硫剂脱硫活性、再生条件及使用寿命进行了研究。试验结果表明:钛酸锌脱硫剂的脱硫效果显著,较高的温度可得到高的硫容;高的氧气浓度可加快再生速率,但硫容会有所降低;最佳条件下多次硫化-再生循环后硫容仅有微小降低。
The reactivity,durability and regeneration under different technological conditions were determined by using zinc titanate agent prepared by precipitated titration,which showed that the agent was effective f or sulfur removal and could be well regenerated,sulfidation at hi gher temperature brought about higher sulfur capacity.Higher O2 concentration in regeneration gas promoted the regeneration proce ss.The results of four cycle experiments of sulfidation and regeneration showed that the sulfur capacity was decreased slightly.
