摘要
针对阜新矿区严重缺水和矿井水资源化已势在必行的现状 ,进行了矿井水资源化的混凝实验研究 .模拟净水生产工艺的混合搅拌条件 ,对无机高分子混凝剂聚合氯化铝 (PAC)、聚合硫酸铁 (PFS)和有机高分子混凝剂聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM)进行了单一投加和配合投加的混凝实验研究 ,结果表明 :采用 PAC和 PAM配合投加混凝效果最佳 ,最佳投药量分别为 5 ,0 .2 mg/L,最佳p H值为 7,混凝沉淀后上清液浊度达到 3 .5 NTU,从而 ,保证出水水质 ,大大降低成本 ,实现矿井水资源化 .
Aiming at the problem of water shortage in Fuxin mining area, the experimental research on making the mining drainage a usable water resource was carried out. The inorganic polymeric coagulants PAC, PFS, and organic polymeric coagulant PAM were tested for the optimum amount used for purifying the water. The result shows that the PAC+PAM has optimum effects and their dosage is 5 and 0.2mg/L respectively; and the optimum pH value is 7, which may result in a water turbidity of 3.5NTU, and in a good water quality, reducing greatly the treatment cost, making the mining drainage a usable water resource.
