The author discusses the usage of twocdimensional barcode PDF417 technique in resolving the problem of anti counterfeit of invoice contraposing the status of invoice management at present in China and analyzes its advantages. This is a beneficial research in integrating computer technology and tax management, and will have an active effect on anti counterfeit and management of invoice.
