由天青石制高纯碳酸锶新工艺研究

Study on new process for production of high purity strontium carbonate from celestite

采用催化转化法由天青石制取粗品SrCO3,经酸溶后采用综合净化法除去钡、钙等杂质 ,用碳铵与之作用生成高纯SrCO3成品。本方法具有转化率高、能耗低、产品质量稳定可靠 ,其纯度达到 99.65 %。

A new process for production of high purity strontium carbonate using celestite is developed.Celestite was acidified,and the impurities such as Ba 2+ and Ca 2+ were removed by catalysis conversion reactions.By using ammonium bicarbonate,qualified strontium carbonated products with purity of above 99.65% have been obtained.The experimental result shows that the process has higher conversion rate,less energy consumption and lower cost.
