摘要
接头冷弯合格率随板厚的减少而减小,尤其是3~10mm的薄板倾向性更大。本文从应力集中角度叙述了其中原因,提出了提高试件加工精度可改变薄板冷弯试验合格率的看法,并分析了其可行性。
In this paper, the effect factors of the machining accuracy of the test specimen's Strained surface on cold bend crack are analyzed, and a idea is proposed to improve cold bend test of thin-plate.
