Zhangshi,is one of the'three saints of the south -east of Chi na'.Based on the theory of'li yi'of Song,he put forward an integrated idea of rule by virtue.Based on the th eory of'li yi',he put forward that carry out the rule by virtue must help the ruler have a correct mind and give people the right of recuperate and multiply.He think that the ruler must carry out the rule by virtue as chief means and supported by rule of law.Conduct thoroughgoing and pain staking ideological work of Zhangsh i's idea of rule by virtue ,we will have a great inspiration to push forward ou r rule by virtue of today.
