矩阵变换器的正反组电流过零切换控制法 被引量:2

摘要 对双馈电机普遍采用的矩阵变换器 ,提出一种正反组电流过零切换法 ,采用IGBT构造出双向开关 ,选用 80C196单片机系统对开关元件进行实时控制 ,得到跟踪给定信号的三相幅值和频率均实时可调的输出波形 .根据该控制方法 ,研制出样机对其控制效果进行了验证 .整个电路结构简单 ,控制有效 ,抗干扰性能强 。 A method as switches acting on current zero crossing point is proposed to control Matrix Converter. Bi directional Switch is acquired by two IGBT modules in definite formation. The real time control of these switches is realized by using single chip processor 80C196. Using this method, three phase current output tracking the three phase input signals defined is acquired. The frequency and amplitude of the output are also adjustable. To verify the feasibility of this control method, a sample device is made and got the results as expected. The whole device is simple and realizable. The control method has efficiency and the anti jamming performance is also enhanced.
