摘要
提出了一种开发水电机组故障诊断专家系统的设计思想及实现方法 .通过采用产生式规则来表示知识 ,运用正反向推理机制 ,动态丰富知识库 ,实现水电机组振动的在线 (离线 )监测和故障诊断 ,并提供诊断结果和相应的故障处理措施 ,为水电厂从计划检修向状态检修提供可靠的技术保证 .该系统具有人机界面友好、运行速度快、信息存储量大、开发周期短、易于维护。
An idea of design and implementation way of developing expert system for diagnosing malfunction of hydropower units are discussed. The online (offline) monitor and malfunction diagnosis are carried out by using the producing style to stand for the knowledge, reasoning forward and backward, enriching the knowledge base dynamically. The diagnosed results and the corresponded measures are given. The reliably technical guarantee for hydropower stations changing from plan overhaul to state overhaul is presented. Some specialties such as good user interface, running fast, large information storied, short developing period, maintenance and expansion easy and so on can be seen in this system.
