N,N’-对苯二胺基-二苄基-α-氨基-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环膦酸酯的合成及表征

Synthesis and characterization of N,N'- phenylenediamino-dibenzyl-α-amino-1,3,2- dioxaphosphorinane phosphonate ester

由芳香醛、异丁醛、三氯化磷和乙醇为原料制得中间体 5 ,5 -二甲基 -4-芳基 -1 ,3 ,2 -二氧磷杂环己烷 -2 -氧 (DPDO) ,用 DPDO与由芳醛和对苯二胺缩合制得的席夫碱 (SB)经 Pudovik加成反应 ,合成了系列膨胀型阻燃剂 N,N -对苯二胺基 -二苄基 -α-氨基 -1 ,3 ,2 -二氧磷杂环膦酸酯 (A1 ～A1 2 ) ,并用 IR、NMR。

The indermedite compoud 5,5 dimethyl 4 aryl 1,3,2 dioxaphosphorinane 2 oxide(DPDO) is prepared on basis of the materials of aromatic aldehydes,isobutyladehyde,phosphorus trichloride,and alcohol.N,N' phenylenedimino dibenzyl α amino 1,3,2 dioxaphosphorinane phosphonate esters which are intumescent flame retardants are synthesized by Pudovik addition reaction of DPDO with Schiff bases prepared from corresponding aromatic aldehydes and p phenylenediamine and characterized by IR,NMR and MS.
