The Core Competitive Ability of Enterprises and Multi-dimensional Management

核心竞争力是企业获得和保持长期竞争优势的源泉 ,也是企业多元化经营的基础和前提。大量实践证明 ,只有把多元化经营放在核心竞争力的框架中去运作才能取得较好的效果。本文针对多元化经营中存在的问题及中国工业企业现状 ,提出在发展专业化生产规模的基础上 ,围绕核心竞争力实施低度相关的多元化经营 。

The core competitive ability is the source that will obtain and keep the competitive advantage of an enterprise over a long period. Meanwhile, it is the basis and prerequisite of multi dimensional management of an enterprise. It's practically proved that only by improving core competitive ability can an enterprise operate better in the management of its multi dimension. Countering the present situation of China's industrial enterprises and problems existing in the multi dimensional management, it is the model choice for the management strategy in multi dimension enterprises of China to carry out lower level related multi dimension management on the base of developing specialized management around the core competitive ability.
