摘要
丙型肝炎疫毒(HCV)是引起人类慢性肝炎的重要病原菌之一,感染者半数以上发展为慢性,其中部分将发展为肝硬化甚至肝癌,目前尚无特效的防治办法,近几年来,DNA疫苗独有的免疫反应,成为国内外学者研究的热点,他们构建了多种形式的HCV DNA的疫苗用于动物实验,诱导出特异性体液免疫及细胞免疫。该文主要探讨了HCV DNA疫苗构建方面的研究进展及应用前景。
HCV is one of the major pathogenic bacteria in causing chronic hepatitis. Half of the people infected by HCV will contract chronic hepatitis. Some of them will even contract cirrhosis or liver cancer, and there is still no remedy for these diseases. Recently, the immunity reaction peculiar to DNA vaccine becomes the focus of research by scholars both at home and abroad. They used many kinds of HCV DNA vaccine in animal experiments and found idiosyncratic body fluid immunity and cell immunity. This article mainly deals with the progress in developing HCV DNA vaccine and its future.
