摘要
随着钻井工艺的发展和钻头技术的进步 ,涡轮钻具在配合新型金刚石钻头、高速牙轮钻头钻井以及在定向井、水平井、大斜度井钻井领域的应用效果显著。论述了涡轮钻井的最新技术成果 ,概括了近年来涡轮钻具的发展特点 ;提出了涡轮钻具在性能和结构上的改进措施 ,以提高钻具的寿命 ,并使其能满足不同类型钻头和不同钻井工艺的要求。同时对我国涡轮钻井技术的应用现状进行了分析 ,提出应在低压降、大扭矩、能满足不同使用要求的新型涡轮钻具、提高钻具寿命 ,改善钻井条件 ,完善钻井工艺等方面加强研究。
With the development of rock bits and drilling technology, turbodrills have been successfully applied in combination with new types of diamond bits and high speed roller bits, as well as in the special fields including directional drilling, horizontal drilling and high angle borehole drilling. Requirements of various rock bits and drilling technology can be met by improving the performance and structure of turbodrills to increase their working life. Developing turbodrilling technology in China should be focused on the development of turbodrills with low pressure and high torque output to serve the various purposes for drilling, and increase the working life of turbodrill, and improve drilling conditions, and optimizing drilling program.
