Karyotype Analysis of Musa AAA Red green

红皮香蕉组培苗体细胞的核型研究结果是:染色体数目3n=3x=33,核型公式3x=33=30m+3sm(3SAT),核型不对称系数(AS·K%)为55.56%,核型为1B型.

In the present paper the chromosome number and karyotype of Musa AAA Red green are reported. The normal triploid is 3n=3x=33 = 30m+3sm(3SAT). According to the Stebbins karyotype classification it belongs to '1B' type. The AS · K% is 55. 56% from Arano's method.
