摘要
根据绝热流动原理 ,建立了低压安全泄放系统管路计算模型 ,采用 Lapple C E推导出的管路流体方程 ,结合对安全阀喷嘴的研究 ,得到了方程间的关系。利用牛顿 -拉夫森法与二分法相结合的混合算法 ,通过改变管道长度。
Based on the adiabatic fluid flow principles, the computing model is established for the low pressure safety relief systems. The relations of these equations are obtained by combining the fluid dynamic equations for the pipe flow derived by C E Lapple with the results of studying on the nozzle flow of the safety valves. Using the mixed calculation regimes, which combine the Newton Raphson method with the two divided method, a reasonable design is demonstrated for the pipe systems by changing pipe lengths, pipe diameters and pipe configurations.
