摘要
由教育本质讨论的引发,教育功能问题二十几年来一直受到人们的关注,不同的研究者从不同的角度出发,得出了不同的结论。对于教育的职能问题,研究者大都从发挥职能的主体出发加以探讨。本文试图在前人研究的基础上,对教育功能与职能的主观和客观、实然与应然问题,教育功能的方向、教育职能实现的层次与结构以及功能与职能二者的关系进行了探讨,并认为,解决实然功能向应然功能的转化也是教育不可回避的问题之一,而这一点的实现有赖于教育职能作用的有效发挥。
The problem of the educational function has been attracted researchers' attention extended from the discussion of the educational essence. Different researchers drew different conc1usions from different angles. Most researchers discussed 'the obligation and function of education' from its main body. The paper discussed the problems, such as subjectivity and objectivity, the original fact and the expectant fact of the educationa1 function and 'the ob1igation and function of education', the direction of the educational function, the arrangement and structure of 'the obligation and function of education ', the relation of the educational function and 'the obligation and function of education', based on the other research. It drew a conclusion that the problem of the original fact transforming to the expectant fact is important, which depends on giving full play to 'the obligation and function of education'.
