一种模拟激光刻花的二维CSF模型

摘要 采用连续表面力的方法 ,建立了模拟激光刻花的二维瞬态模型 .模型考虑了热传导、对流传热和熔池表面形貌变化等因素 ,设计了适合连续表面力方法的热源和虚拟体积力 ,建立了物理模型 ,并利用有限元和多层网格方法求解 ,得出了激光刻花过程中材料内部的等温线。 Two dimensional model for laser texturing by Continuum Surface Force (CSF) is proposed. Thermal conduction, convection and deformation of the surface of melt pool are considered. The thermal source and virtual body force that are suitable for the CSF method are designed in the model. The numerical approaching method adopts the finite element method and the multi grid method. The isothermal line in the calculation region, isobar and velocity field in the melt pool are obtained. The calculated velocity field is the same as those in other conferences and the calculated size of the melt pool is coincident with the experiment result. The calculated deformation of the pool surface is smaller than that of the experiment result.
