摘要
蛋白质与生命的起源、存在和进化都密切相关.蛋白质的测定涉及到生产和科研的众多领域.着重对物理化学法和免疫法在蛋白质测定中的动态加以综述.引证了国内外近几年发表的有关文章27篇.
A review on the determination of protein has been presented in this paper, pertaining especially to the analysis of protein using physical-chemistry and immune methods, with 27 references from the home and the board.
