摘要
采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法研究了用碘化钾 -硫脲作为预还原剂对测定砷的影响 ,讨论和确定了最佳检测条件 .结果表明 :该方法线性范围广 ,线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9998,检出限为 0 .2 1 9μg/L ,标准偏差为 0 .63 %~ 0 .85% ,回收率为 94.2 2 - 1 0 0 .60 % ,该方法准确 ,简便 ,可广泛用于食品中砷的检测 .
The effect of the reducing agent (potassium iodede-thiourea) on determination of trace arsenic was researched by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The operation conditions of hydride generation were studied and the instrument parameters optimized. In the given conditions, the linear range of determination is 0.22-200μg/L and limit of detection is 0.219μg/L, RSD is 0.63%-0.85%, recovering is 94.22-100.60%. The method is simply and rapid with high sensitivity. It has been applied to the determination of samples with satisfactory results.
