概述了鲜切花贮运与瓶插过程中水分代谢、矿质营养、糖代谢、蛋白质代谢、内源植物生长调节物质代谢、呼吸作用。
During senescence of cut flowers, water metabolism, function of calcium, carbohydrate metabolism, protein metabolism, respiration and active oxygen metabolism are reviewed. The advancement concerning freshly cut flower preservation and transportation technologies are also summarized.
