磷石膏转化法生产硫酸钾的工艺研究

Study on Process for Producing Potassium Sulphatewith Phosphogypsum by Way of Transform

摘要:介绍了以磷石膏、碳酸氢铵和氯化钾为原料两步法制备硫酸钾的新工艺,研究了影响反应的主要因素,确定了转化法制备硫酸钾的工艺条件.工艺流程短,设备简单,经济效益高.

The new technology in producing potassium sulphate by two steps conversion reaction is introduced, using phosphogypsum,ammonium bicarbonate and potassium chloride as the raw material. Main influence factors of reaction process are studied and the best technologial conditions on the process are presented.This process shows the technological process being short,the cost being low,the revenue of product being high.
