摘要
在蓖麻油中引入硼、氮,合成了新型润滑油添加剂——硼氮型改性蓖麻油润滑添加剂,并利用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了鉴定。通过四球试验机考察了它在菜籽油和水中的抗磨性能与极压性能,结果表明:硼氮型改性蓖麻油添加剂具有明显的减摩、抗磨和极压性能。其润滑作用机理是由于长链蓖麻油分子的载体作用、硼的缺电子、氮的反应活性以及三者的协同作用与摩擦金属表面形成了一层高强度的吸附膜和/或摩擦化学反应膜。
A boron-nitrogen modified castor oil was synthesized as lubricant additive, and its main functional group was characterized by infrared spectrum. Its tribological properties in rapeseed oil and water were examined on the four-ball tester. The results showed that the additive could obviously increase the load-carrying capacity, antiwear and friction reducing abilities of the rapeseed oil. Its lubrication mechanism was inferred that a high strength adsorption film and/or a tribochemical reaction film were formed on the rubbing surface due to the carrier effect of the long-chain castor oil, high reaction activity of nitrogen and the electron-deficient boron, and their synergism.
