摘要
以双金属Ni-Pd/γ -Al2 O3为催化剂 ,在固定床反应器中对汽油氧化重整制氢反应本征动力学进行了研究。对实验数据应用MATLAB语言计算动力学方程参数 ,得到本征动力学方程。对方程进行工程检验表明 。
Hydrogen generation on-board was very important for the fuel cell cars.The microdymics of hydrogen generation from gasoline(using n-octane as substitute) by partial oxi-reforming over Ni-Pd/γ-Al 2O 3 catalyst was studied in a fixed-b ed reactor.The effect of reaction temperature,molar ratio of oxygen/oil and water/carbon was investigated.The parameters of the dynamic equation were calculated employing MATLAB language.The partial pressure of n-octane and water was 0 86 and 0 45 Pa respectively.The activation energy was 78 538 kJ/mol.The kinetics equation was proved and checked according to ordinary engineering method.The established kinetics equation was appropriate for engineering application.
