摘要
介绍了国产BC -H -2 0A选择性碳二加氢催化剂在齐鲁石油化工股份公司烯烃厂 45 0kt/a乙烯装置上首次使用的情况。催化剂在使用期间 ,经历了两次非计划停车和一次计划停车 ,停车过程中只进行氮封处理而未再生。通过采取优化的控制措施 ,连续运行 2 3 0 0 0多小时 ,仍继续使用。该催化剂在使用过程中性能稳定 ,完全满足工艺要求 ,乙炔加氢生成乙烯的选择性 (乙烯增量 )可达 40 % ,表现出较高的催化活性、加氢选择性和操作稳定性 ,可以替代进口催化剂。
Since April 21, 1999,a new generation catalyst of acetylene hydrogenation BC-H -20A, d eveloped by Beijing Research Institu te of Chemical Industry(BRICI)has been applied in Qilu ethylene complex(450 kt/a)for t he first time.There occurred two instanc es of un programmed stopping and one ins tance of programmed stopping,during whic h nitrogen sealing instead of regenerati on was implemented.Through optimization of control measures,incluing decrease o f CO injection,decrease of inlet tempera ture of reactor and lowering of hydrog en to acetylene ratio,the plant has been kept running for over 23000 hours.The ca t alyst exhibits high catalytic activity,h igh hydrogenation selectivity and operat ional stability completely satisfying al l technological requirements especially the superior selectivity in the absence of CO injection,of above 40 percent conv ersion of acetylene into ethylene.
