摘要
在3 0mm的玻璃填料塔中研究了流化催化精馏连续合成乙酸丁酯过程 ,考察了酸醇比、催化剂用量、进料位置、水相回流位置对过程的影响 ,在选定的试验条件下 ,塔顶有机相中乙酸丁酯含量 (质量分数 )达到 95 %以上 ,丁醇的单程转化率达 97%以上。
In a 30 mm glass packing co lumn,the synthesis of n-butylacetate was studied by using fluidized catalytic rectification,where the catalyst powder was fluidized with the feed.The effects on the process of catalyst quantity,acetic/alcohol mole ratio,acetic acid and n-butanol feed sites,and water phase reflux positions were investigated.Under t he selected experiment conditions,the n-butylacetate content of the top ether phase is above 95% and the conversion of n-butyl acetate to n-butanol is about 97% .
