摘要
对叔丁胺与质量分数 3 7%甲醛溶液的N ,N -二羟甲基化反应进行了研究 ,得到了较佳的反应工艺条件 :KOH为碱催化剂 ,叔丁胺与甲醛的投料摩尔比为 1∶3 5 ,体系 pH为 9~ 10 ,反应温度 10℃ ,反应时间 4h ,在此条件下 ,收率可达 85 %以上。
N,N-bis(hydroxymethyl)tert-butylamine was prepared by N,N-dihydroxymethylation of tert-butylamine with formaldehyde using KOH as the catalyst,and the effects of reactant ratio,pH,reaction temperature and reaction time on yield were investigated.The yield of product under optimum conditions was above 85%.
