摘要
研究了以醋酸钴、醋酸锰和四溴乙烷为催化剂 ,在 190℃时 ,对甲基苯甲酸液相氧化制对苯二甲酸的过程。采用高效液相色谱法分析产物中对甲基苯甲酸、对羧基苯甲醛、对苯二甲酸 3种物质的组成 ,从而确定催化剂的配比和浓度、溶剂比、温度对液相氧化反应的影响 ;测定对苯二甲酸中对羧基苯甲醛 (4 -CBA)含量和TA选择性及燃烧副反应生成CO2 的量与各种操作参数之间的关系 ,得到了充分降低 4-CBA含量的最佳催化剂浓度和最佳溶剂比 ,并建立了动力学方程。
The liquid phase oxidation of p -toluic acid at 190 ℃ in the presence of manganese acetate,cobalt actate and tetrabromoethane was studied. An analysis method based on high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for the determination of the products including terephthalic acid,p-carboxybenzadehyde and p -toluic acid. The influences of catalyst concentration,ratio of solvent to p -toluic,and reaction temperature on the liquid phase oxidation were discussed. The optimum solvent ratio and catalyst concentration were obtained,and the kinetic equations were proposed.
