摘要
为使活塞数控车削系统能够实现非标准椭圆截面活塞的数控车削 ,以频域幅相调整前馈控制算法为基础 ,设计开发了加工控制程序和系统工作流程。该算法基于被控对象的有限项频率特性序列模型。对一种非标准椭圆截面活塞进行了对比切削实验。经检测 ,加工误差小于 10 μm,达到产品精度要求 。
Pistons with irregular sections were machined on a numerically controlled piston lathe using amplitude-phase adjusting feed-forward control in the frequency domain for the cutting control program and working process. The control algorithm was based on limited series of frequency response characteristics model of controlled object. The results of cutting experiments on an oval-section piston model meet the production standard. The cutting error is less than ±10 μm.
