摘要
通过小康煤矿矸石山自燃特征及堆积特征分析,提出浇—注浆灭火方案。浇注浆灭火,是浇浆与注浆配套使用的综合灭火方法。用于煤矿矸石山浅层自燃灭火是行之有效的。讨论了矸石中可燃物的成分、硫化物的含量,是确定灭火浆液PH值、灭火材料选取的重要依据;矸石的堆积形式、力学性质、粒度级配等,是确定灭火浆液浓度的主要因素。介绍了浇注浆灭火方法与技术及其可行性。
This paper put forward a pouring-injecting spontaneous combustion project by analyzing the characteristics of the mountain of coal gangue and its spontaneous combustion in Xiaoking Mine Pouring-injecting clay project for fire-extinguishing is the synthesized method to extinguish fire. It is used for the shallow layer of coal gangue of mountain extinguish fire and it is effective. This paper also discusses the density and PH value of liquid, the selection and compound principle of fire-extinguishing material in the coal gangue of mountain and it introduces the method and technical feasibility about pouring fire-extinguishing.
