摘要
以抚顺胜利水泥厂425#矿渣硅酸盐水泥生产为背景,添加复合矿化剂,配料计算及控制工艺参数,取得了良好效果。该文是在1998年9月在辽宁产学研洽谈会上,由沈阳大学与抚顺胜利矿水泥厂合作项目。该项目的主要目的是解决抚顺胜利矿水泥厂425#矿渣硅酸盐水泥早期强度及提高台时产量的问题,经双方密切合作,联合攻关,通过半年的实验室及工业实验解决了这些技术难题并取得了良好的效果而撰写。
The manufacturing of 425# Portland-slag cement in Fushun ShengLi Mine Cement Factory was the background of the present study .Some composite mineralizing admixture was added to the raw material;New batch composition calculation was finished;And the process parameters were controlled. These technological improvements gillded a excellent result .The paper is one of the contents of cooperative projects. contracted by Shenyan University and Sheng Li Mine Cement Factory of Fushun, in discussing meeting of production study, and research, on Sept.1998 .The main purpose of the project is to deal with the problems on improving early strength of 425# cement and productivity.
