摘要
继电器控制的自动给水系统故障率高可靠性差。利用可编程控制器代替继电器控制,采用电子传感器加固态继电器控制水位,输出端采用SSR扩流,水泵电机采用Y/Δ转换。极大地提高了系统的可靠性,并且具有控制程序易于编写、修改和维护等特点。
The automatic water supply system controlled by relay has high failure rate and low reliability.Using programmable controller to replace relay ,using electronic sensor and solid relay to control the level of water ,output adopting SSR to expand current and electrical motors adoptsing Y/Δ to convert,the reliability of the system is greatly improved.In addition,the program is easily compiled,modified,and maintained.
