摘要
为解决离心泵轴向力引起磨损的严重问题,提出应用静压支承的原理来减小磨损,突破传统的平衡方法,提高离心泵的使用寿命和检修周期。流体静压支承方法在多级离心泵上应用它来平衡较大的轴向力在国内尚属首次,虽然尚不成熟,但在此方面的探索是十分有益的,它可以为工业生产带来可观的经济效益。
In order to solve the serious abrasion problem caused by the axial force of centrifugal pump, we introduce the static pressure supporting principle to deduce the abrasion. It breaks the traditional balance methods, which can increase the working life and the reconditioning period of centrifugal pump. It is the first time to use liquid static pressure supporting technology to balance the superior axial force in our country. Although it抯 immature yet, the explore to this field is very beneficial, because it can bring considerable economic benefit to industrial production.
