摘要
根据天平检定规程,利用检定值计算出的不等臂性误差与实际应调量不等,作者在实际经验的基础上,提出了试调法,利用天平的四个平衡位置计算出横梁不等臂性误差的应调量,大大提高了工效,更由于这个试调法无须先称量悬挂系统的质量,这对于大型天平的调修是比较方便的。同时,天平的各计量性能是互相联系的,有一定制约关系,所以必须相互兼顾,不能顾此失彼。
According to scale inspecting regulation, the author come up with a trial-and-error adjusting method based on the unequal character between calculated value of arm unequal error and actual adjusting value. By this method adjusting efficiency can be raised greatly. Especially adjusting procedure by trial-and-error adjusting method need not weigh the mass of hanging system of the scale ahead, which is very suitable for adjusting large-scale scale. And there are some constraints between all measuring performances of scale, so the adjusting procedure must pay attention to all of them.
