The Solid Loading Ratio in Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying of Pulverous Coal

摘要 :研究了室温下浓相输送粉煤的规律 ,固气比 (固体与气体的质量流量之比 )最高可达5 1 2 .2 kg/kg。通过大量实验 ,得出固气比与总压降的关系。利用最小二乘法 ,对 5 2组实验数据进行拟合 ,得到了固气比与气体 Froude数、固体质量流量之间的关系 ,揭示了 The regularity of dense pneumatic conveying pulverous coal at ambient temperature was studied. Many experiments are carried out and the maximal solid loading ratio of pulverous coal is 512.5 kg/kg. The applied foreground of dense phase pneumatic conveying in pulverous coal gasification is introduced. The relationship between solid loading ratio and pressure drop per unit length is obtained. Using least square, 52 groups experimental data were imitated, a fitting equation between solid loading ratio, froude number and mass flow rate was obtained.
