研究了 ATO超细导电粉在水中的分散、稳定工艺 ,讨论了 p H值、分散剂的种类、添加量、分散方式等参数对制备 ATO水浆的影响。通过粒径测定、透射电镜的观察及沉降实验 ,对各种影响条件进行优化筛选 ,最终制得分散性、稳定性均较好的超细
The technology of the dispersability and stability of ultrafine ATO conductive powder in water, as well as the influence of those parameters such as the types of dispersants and the adding amount, pH value and methods of dispersion on the preparation of ATO slurry, was discussed. The influencing factors can be optimized by diameter measurement, TEM observation and sedimentation experiment, and thus ATO slurry with good dispersability and stability can be finally obtained.
