青海绵羊血清淀粉酶同工酶多态性的研究

Investigation on polymorphism of isozyme of serum amylase in Qinghai sheep

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对青海省七个品种共 1 698只绵羊血清淀粉酶同工酶的多态性特征进行了研究。结果发现 :①所有被检绵羊的血清淀粉酶均存在AMY1 ,AMY2和AMY3三种同工酶 ,其中AMY2同工酶有AMY2A和AMY2 0两种表型而表现出多态性 ;②青海绵羊AMY2同工酶的多态性特征存在品种间差异 ,AMY2A表型频率在 4 1 %～ 34 4% ,AMY2 A 基因频率在 0 0 2 0 8～ 0 1 90 0 ,基因杂合度在 0 0 4 0 70～ 0 30 781之间 ;③青海各品种绵羊AMY2基因座上的基因分化系数为 0 0 80 99。

Qinghai sheep which belongs to seven breeds were used to investigate the polymorphism character of isozyme of serum amylase by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate.The results were as follows:①There were three kinds of isozymes including AMY1,AMY2 and AMY3 and the AMY2 isozyme presented both AMY2 A and AMY2 0 phenotypes showing polymorphism in serum amylase of the all sheep examined;②There was a difference among different breeds in the polymorphism character of AMY2 isozyme.The frequences of AMY2 A phenotype was 4 1%～34 4%,the frequences of AMY2 A allele was 0 0208～0 1900 and the gene heterozygosity was 0 04070～0 30781 on the locus of AMY2 isozyme in Qinghai sheep;③The gene differentiation coefficient was 0 08099 among different breeds of sheep in Qinghai Province.
